Hello Jacob!

Archaeologists hold many diverse views on their field. There are some YouTubers you can watch to learn more:

- Rachelamun. A channel that's created videos over the last 7 years about archaeology. Here's her "Pros and Cons" video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZXyqBGZLGo
Her other videos contain Q&As with other archaeologists and career tips as well!

- Skallagrim. A channel focused on history and medieval tools. He made a video on his experiences in studying archaeology: https://youtu.be/XtRDuBjtsR0
Overall, many viewers found his points insightful.

- Shane Hummus. His channel does not focus on archaeology, more so on college and career financial planning. However, he made a video on archaeology:
Is Archaeology Worth It? | https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PdM1S1-e_M

Listening to their perspectives can help you see what pros and cons arguments are coming up for people in the field.

For happiness, the site Career Explorer asked how happy archaeologists are with their careers. You can take a look at the scores here: https://www.careerexplorer.com/careers/archaeologist/satisfaction/

Hope that you enjoy learning more about archaeology :)
