After all your training, what is it like to tattoo a client for the first time?
What do you do if you mess up? does the person specifically agree to be tattooed by a new artist?

After all my training, tattooing a client for the first time is a very exciting experience. I am always happy to meet new people and help them create a piece of art that they will cherish forever. I take my work very seriously and always strive to provide my clients with the best possible service.
If I make a mistake, I will always be honest with my client and do my best to fix it. I have a lot of experience covering up mistakes, so I am confident that I can always find a solution that my client is happy with.
Most people who come to me for a tattoo are aware that I am a new artist. They are usually willing to take a chance on me because they like my style or because they have heard good things about my work. I am always grateful for their trust and I do my best to live up to their expectations.
Here are some tips for tattoo artists who are tattooing a client for the first time:
Be prepared. Make sure you have all the necessary supplies and equipment, and that you have a good understanding of the design you are going to be tattooing.
Communicate with your client. Make sure you understand what they want and that you are on the same page. Be sure to answer any questions they may have.
Go slowly. It is better to take your time and do a good job than to rush and make a mistake.
Be patient. Tattooing can be painful, so be patient with your client and let them know that they can take breaks if they need to.
Clean up properly. Once you are finished tattooing, be sure to clean the area thoroughly to prevent infection.
I hope these tips help you have a successful first tattooing experience.
