Great question! I would say ultimately, it is important to get yourself to a place where you can be able to decide what are the pros and cons. Be able to look at acting as something as what you make of it. Here are my pros and cons:

Pros - I love it (you have to), it is opportunity for challenges, it is something that is good for my crazy mind.

Cons - A lot of it is out of your control (at the end of the day, other people are the ones who decide how you do, what part you are, what you say, etc.), it isn't taken seriously by society unless society has heard of you.
