Keyana’s Answer
Hi Kimberly! I did not take any specific classes in high school; however, taking classes such as biology or any science class will help when enrolling into a veterinarian assistant program.
I enrolled in a veterinarian assistant program online to receive my certification. The classes I took were:
Biology
Behavior
Handling
Medical math
History of veterinary medicine
I hope this information is helpful, let me know if you have any other questions!
