Dear Fidel,
During my university years, I initially struggled to achieve high grades. I made numerous errors, primarily due to my preference for solitary work instead of collaborating with classmates to better understand the course material. This resulted in a less than impressive GPA, which, as you might know, can pose challenges when trying to secure your first job in the software industry. However, as you advance in your career, your work experience becomes the key determinant in landing subsequent roles.
Fast forward ten years, I found myself employed at GitHub, a Microsoft-owned company. It's an incredible workplace, and I have a very optimistic outlook for what lies ahead. Looking back, it's hard to believe that the student who once struggled would end up working for a globally recognized brand like Microsoft. My love for computers led me down this path, and everything eventually fell into place. If you share a similar passion for software and maintain an eagerness to learn, I believe you too can find this journey rewarding.

Hello Fidel,
I had no difficulties entering the Information Technology industry because I possessed the necessary qualifications, such as a B.Tech degree. During my four-year course, I consistently improved my skills, including programming and soft skills.
Currently, I am employed at IBM, and the company is performing quite well. I am confident that it will continue to achieve new milestones over the next three years.

I am not sure what the college outlook is today, but computer science was an impacted major when I went to college so it was hard to get into. I snuck in through a non-standard path a year before I received the degree. Remember, just because it is impacted / restricted it doesn't mean you can't have it. You just have to work harder or be more clever.
My company is growing rapidly and looks to be continuing for the near term.
