Additionally, what is the story of how that merchant came to be? Essentially, much of the main topic/question discussed here is business development/management with full consideration for the storefront being the internet/web. It also is the reason that often times people start in an entry-level position and work their way up as they gain an understanding of the day-to-day components of the business so they can progress.
