What a wonderful plan! I did a quick Google search of 'scholarships for disabled students' and turned up the following resources:
https://www.scholarships.com/financial-aid/college-scholarships/scholarships-by-type/disability-scholarships/
https://www.bestcolleges.com/resources/diversity-equity-inclusion/disability-scholarships/
And this one is Georgia specific: https://www.gadoe.org/External-Affairs-and-Policy/Policy/Pages/Special-Needs-Scholarship-Program.aspx
The schools you apply to or get accepted into may also have their own programs to assist disabled students, so don't be shy about asking! The admissions department and the financial aid department are there to help you and they can lead you in the right direction or point out other potential avenues. There are a ton of available scholarships or assistance programs.
There are scholarships for Star Trek fans, marble shooters, Amish students, for those who want to Be Bold, and many others you can find here: https://www.goingmerry.com/blog/weird-scholarships/. Don't be afraid to think outside the box.
Good luck!
