I'm not an electrician, but I've hired a few and asked them similar questions. Most of the time, they say that the best and worst parts of their job involve the people they work with.

Sometimes, people can be impolite or disrespectful towards electricians because of their own personal situations. For instance, if a homeowner needs an electrician, it's usually because something has gone wrong, so they might not be in the best mood. On the other hand, I once hired an electrician to install new lighting in my house, and seeing my excitement and smile after the job was done made him really happy. He said that he loves seeing people's reactions when the work is completed.
