Would you like me to interview you?

I have a school project and that is to interview any doctor, nurse or farmer. I am really finding it hard to do it. If you are a Doctor or Nurse or Farmer please take some time to answer these following questions :

2. How many years have you been in this profession 20 + years (33 years)
a) 2-5 years b) 6-10 years ) 11-15 years d) 16-20 years

3. What types of materials are used in your profession now?gloves, masks, 26 g gelcos, and giraffe warmers . Toxic work environment, rude patient/parents, younger patients

4. What kind of materials did you use before in your profession?- 24 g gelcos, Ohio warmers, fun work environment, kind under standing patient/parents

5. How did you feel about your previous work - enjoyed working early in career, had support from management. Had support of coworkers.

6. How do you like to work in a new way?Now bullying and toxic work environment, no support from management.

7. What do you think is the reason behind this change - loss of respect , entitled mentality, people treat hospital like hotel. Demanding , rude , verbal and physical abuse of doctors , nurses and all staff

8. What did you have to learn in the beginning for your profession - medication, assessments, diseases. How to interact with parents/family

9. What did you have to learn again after the change in your profession- keep up to date on current changes, new medication and treatments

10. What other changes do you think could happen in your profession in the future - worsening staffing shortage, poor outcomes related to saving younger/smaller patients. Worsening toxic environment, poor family/staff interactions.

11. What other skills might you need to acquire for a new career change- inter-communications skills. Higher education, specialty certifications

12. What else do you think you need to practice to do better in your profession -

13. Where do you think there are special preparation or training opportunities to improve skills in your profession - so many classes and training programs are available online, also hybrid programs with minimal traveling requirements.

14. Name some local institutions or individuals who have the opportunity for such training or skill development local community colleges or trade schools. National online training programs, psychology/sociology training to enable better communication skills to interact with family and colleagues.

Hi Naziyat. I'm not a doctor, nurse or farmer, but I have a few suggestions:

Contact local hospitals to find doctors and nurses.

Try to go through their administrative offices as a start. For farmers, look for farming organizations or business groups.

I wish I had more advice, but this may help get you started. Best of luck!
