Hi Ryan, hope you are doing well! As a CPA working in a Big 4 firm, I would say that education background, work experience, and attitude play more important roles in my career. Especially in the current WFH environment, people care more about whether you can deliver your job well and on time. Racial background does not have much effect in the real-world work environment.
