What is your favorite aspect about your job? How are you doing? Why did you choose this career path? When can I start?
I am a rising senior at the moment with a proclivity towards business administration and entrepreneurship and writing. Currently, I am co-authoring a book and am working to establish a digital marketing agency with a couple friends. However, on the way I've encountered multiple internal and external challenges to bringing these projects to fruition, so I'm always looking to include more people in my life whom I can learn from and who I can hopefully return the favor for.

How have you been? I'm doing wonderfully well. I thoroughly enjoy my day job. It allows me to work with individuals, lead a team, and apply my interpersonal skills alongside the technical expertise I've acquired over time.
What led you to this career path? My journey to this career was somewhat unplanned. I evolved into the role, it wasn't my initial choice and doesn't align with my bachelor's degree. But remember, it's quite common to switch paths several times in your career.
When can I begin? You're welcome to start whenever you feel ready.

1. Delegate. Andrew Carnegie - the richest man in his time - was the head of the biggest steel corporation yet openly admitted he knew nothing about the manufacturing of steel. What he knew was how to delegate. He surrounded himself with all the people he needed to run his business.
2. Focus. Build a dream of the life you want to live and then move toward it. No matter what happens in life, get back on track. Focus on your dream and do anything you can to take a step towards it. Don't allow present circumstances to halt your progress or keep you from trying something.
3. Learn. Do not make the mistake of thinking you know it all. Never ever stop learning. No matter how much you know, the world is constantly changing - which means there is stuff you need to learn. Putting time into self improvement is time that will never be wasted. Even the most wealthy people spend thousands of dollars to be coached so they can learn to be better people.
