I would research the different types of scholarships you would consider trying to do. There are a LOT of different scholarships, so there are some that you would be interested in. Some of these you can do at ANY age but some are specific to an age group, don't listen to Atul in the comments section above. All it takes is a Google search to find some scholarships that you might feel like you would want to do or interested in trying to pursue.
A quick thing to note: scholarships are HIGHLY competitive, so there are going to be a lot of people aiming to win those scholarships as well. There will be a lot of disappointment, but hopefully you are able to win some. Also, sometimes going for smaller, low amount scholarships is also valuable. If you do a lot of scholarships, even the smaller amount ones, the overall amount will only accumulate to a greater amount. Doing any amount will only benefit you.

My parents were immigrants and didn't have much knowledge about college resources. I found it incredibly beneficial to approach my school counselor for that kind of help. They can provide you with up-to-date scholarship lists, point you towards suitable scholarship opportunities, and even guide you to books brimming with scholarship options. Another useful tip is to visit college websites to check out scholarships they're offering directly. Once you've gathered all this data, you can organize it into lists or spreadsheets for easy tracking. I understand it can be quite daunting to handle all this on your own, but don't hesitate to tap into the resources available at your school or local library. They're there to assist you, even if it feels a bit awkward to ask for help.
