I'm super interested in psychology and I would love to go to school for it but I don't have the money to spare and I don't want to be in debt for the rest of my life.

Here are a few suggestions:
1. Still pursue your passions even if it is not your primary career, because at the end of the day when you have finished your primary career you'll need something to bring you comfort, joy, and excitement.
2. Look for possible ways to weave your passion into your primary job role if possible. For example, if you are passionate about public speaking, maybe conduct a lunch and learn on your primary job, or a seminar with you as the guest speaker.

If you're passionate about something but don't want it to be your career, there are still several ways you can pursue and enjoy your passion without making it your primary source of income.

Here are a few suggestions:

Hobby: Treat your passion as a hobby and dedicate your free time to it. This allows you to enjoy it without the pressure or expectations that come with turning it into a career. You can explore and deepen your knowledge, skills, and creativity in your chosen area of interest at your own pace.

Side projects/gigs: Consider taking on side projects related to your passion. This could involve freelancing, volunteering, or collaborating with others who share similar interests. Side projects give you the opportunity to pursue your passion on a smaller scale, without committing to it as a full-time occupation. It could also end up being a fun way to make some extra money outside of your job.

Personal projects: Engage in personal projects that allow you to express your creativity and explore your passion. These could be writing a book, creating artwork, starting a blog or YouTube channel, or any other form of self-expression. By working on personal projects, you can satisfy your creative drive while maintaining full control over your time and commitments.

Join communities: Look for communities, clubs, or groups of individuals who share your passion. Participating in such communities allows you to connect with like-minded people, share your enthusiasm, and learn from others. It provides a supportive environment where you can discuss, collaborate, and enjoy your passion without the pressure of making it your career.

Continuing education: Consider taking free online courses, attending free workshops, or finding grants or scholarships that can offset the cost of tuition for a degree. Even if you don't get the degree, there are thousands of courses available from top universities that allow you to dive deeper into psychology, if you're interested. You could also look for the types of scholarships offered for some careers and see if that's a path worth pursuing. For example, Industrial and Organizational Psychology offers full scholarships and it would be a great way to work in business and psychology.

It's perfectly okay to have passions and interests that you don't want to turn into a career. Enjoying something as a hobby or personal pursuit can often preserve the pure joy and enthusiasm that may be overshadowed by the demands and pressures of a professional career.

If you are passionate about something that doesn’t line up with your career, you have several outlets to follow and still enjoy your passion. You can volunteer with a community or organization that allows you to contribute your time and energy towards your passion.

You can join a club with a common interest and share your ideas and energy with people with a common interest.

Finally, if your company has a community service or volunteer drives or days of service, you could volunteer to lead the company campaign for a charity cause that aligns with your interest.

Best of luck.
