Good Morning, Aida! First, at 14 years of age, I am impressed with your drive to succeed (however, don't forget to stop and enjoy your teenage years). I suggest you read up on the actual roles CIA and related employees do everyday and see how that relates to your current high school subjects and attained grades. While you are researching you may see other opportunities in agencies you may not yet be familiar with and that will in turn allow you to seek more information there as well. Sometimes, job fairs in your area may allow you to meet someone working in those areas and they will be glad to tell you more about their "regular work" and personal life and that is invaluable. Much of what we see in movies and television are meant to entertain us and can be misleading.
Study well, attain good grades and stay out of trouble in school, your community and life. Security clearances (which are mandatory for these jobs) are affected by choices WE make in life. You will note that a second language is a plus for those wishing to work in these career fields and backgrounds in I.T and the STEM fields are a plus as well.
Never lose that drive! YOU are gonna be a big success!

Besides the suggestions already made, during high school, you might find it beneficial to focus on subjects like Social Studies, American Government, American History, World History, Economics, and Political Science. These areas can provide a strong foundation for a future in law. Many of my law school colleagues and legal acquaintances have ventured into various government roles, and some even ended up working for national security or other similar agencies. Learning a foreign language could also be a great asset, especially if you're interested in working in a specific part of the world. So, go ahead, seize these opportunities and shape your future!

Hello Aida,
It's truly inspiring to witness the fervor and determination you possess to serve your nation by aspiring to join the CIA. Your vision indeed shapes who you are, and with such a vision, I foresee a promising future for you.
The first step on this journey is to conduct thorough research on your chosen career path to understand the necessary prerequisites. Once you've completed high school, consider applying to colleges that offer majors in Criminal Justice. Keeping your GPA high is crucial, as it can pave the way for academic scholarships.
Some high schools offer courses in criminal justice, so be sure to explore those. Also, take full advantage of Career Fairs at your school and don't hesitate to ask questions to law enforcement personnel when they visit.
There are internship programs designed specifically to help young individuals like you gain entry into CIA programs.
Being bilingual can be a significant advantage, particularly for undercover operations.
While you're still young, remember to work diligently and intelligently, and your dreams will surely become a reality.
I hope this guidance proves useful to you. Best wishes.
Sincerely,
