Hi Furba,
I suggest you visit the UC Berkeley website and review the financial aid and scholarships section; from what I see to get a full scholarship you would need between a 3.00 - 3.49 GPA, 50% of students are eligible; the UC Berkeley website has a section on types of scholarships and it also lists the available scholarships. Keep up the can do attitude, your attitude is your altitude!

UC Berkeley normally gives out about 10 million dollars in scholarships a year.
Most colleges and universities have foundations which offer scholarships.
Your best chance is to look through the university website and determine which category of scholarship you qualify to apply for.
Are you a first generation student? What major or occupation are you going to pursue? Sometimes there are scholarships offered based on ethnicity or place of origin.
There could be many opportunities at UC Berkeley for you to apply for.
