What does a typical day look like for a Marine Biologist?
I've heard it's sampling the ocean from boats and ships, working up samples in the laboratory, figuring out the results on computers or writing up the findings for publication. I want to learn more.

I can imagine a marine biologist's day involves exciting fieldwork on boats, collecting samples from the ocean. They'd then analyze those samples in a lab, using computers to interpret results and contribute to research papers. Just like my work in facility maintenance, their days seem to involve a mix of hands-on tasks and thoughtful analysis.

Hello Nevaeh,
A usual day could involve spending numerous hours diving on stunning reefs, collecting samples from the ocean while aboard boats and ships, processing these samples in the lab, analyzing the results on computers, and documenting the findings for publication.
