I would look into getting upper level degrees, especially a Master's.
And do not overlook the Professional Engineering Certification (PE), which is considered the holy grail of engineering. This can really help grow your career, and could open many opportunities for you.

Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you are interested in Engineering. There are many engineering streams, e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, computer engineering, manufacturing engineering, etc. Each of these streams has its own knowledge domain. You may need to determine which stream you would like to develop your careers.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Explore different engineering stream and determine what you have interest
2. Speak to someone who are working in these engineering (if possible)
3. Attend the information session of engineering faculty. Speak to the professors and alumni if possible.
4. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counsellor, parents, etc.
5. Shortlist 1-2 engineering stream you would like to pursue
6. Explore the entry criteria of the relevant subjects in the college
7. Attend the industry seminar from time to time
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
