You’ll want to begin developing your online persona as soon as possible. Create a LinkedIn page, start making connections and look to network.
The best source of knowledge and inspiration will come from those who are doing the work and have a passion for it.
Some associations have free/low cost membership options for students. You can get full benefits at a fraction of the cost.

Hey there, Jade! It's so impressive to see how proactive you are in exploring your potential majors. I'm certain that this early initiative will pay off both during your college years and beyond.
Jerome gave some excellent advice about leveraging LinkedIn to connect with professionals in the industries you're curious about. It's a great way to learn from those who are already working in the fields you're interested in!
One of the best ways to gather insights about your chosen career is through networking and conducting informational interviews. Here's an awesome article that guides you through the basics of conducting these interviews:
https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/interviewing/what-to-expect-in-informational-interview
Also, I'd love to suggest you take a look at https://academy.hubspot.com/.
It's a completely free resource that was incredibly helpful for me as a marketing professional. You can even earn certifications for completing the courses, which you can then showcase on your LinkedIn profile.
I want to wish you all the success on your journey! And remember, our community is always here to support you if you ever have any more questions.

Congrats on starting college soon! Even without college myself, I've learned a few things. For real estate, networking is key – build relationships and learn from experienced folks. In marketing, creativity matters; don't be afraid to think outside the box. Also, never stop learning and adapting – both fields are always changing. Best of luck on your journey!
