Hi Samuel,
In Louisiana, typically you have to be at least 16 years old, provide proof of Louisiana residency, and be out of high school or not currently enrolled in a high school program. Louisiana has designated GED testing centers where you can take the test, and you may need to register in advance, either through the official GED testing website or by contacting your local testing center.
It’s recommended to prepare for the GED test by studying subjects like math, language arts, science, and social studies. The test format includes multiple-choice questions, short answers, and essay questions, and you'll need to achieve passing scores in each section to earn your GED credential.
I would visit the official Louisiana GED website or get in touch with a local GED testing center. They can provide you with specific details on eligibility criteria, registration procedures, and any additional requirements or restrictions that may apply in your area. Hope this helps!
