I would check the office of the college foundation, to see what is available.

Foundations are normally connected to the college endowment which offers a number of scholarships in a variety of categories.

So, the foundation office might be a good place to look.

That's a fantastic question! Believe it or not, there's a wealth of scholarships out there for popular schools, more than you might imagine. All it takes is a bit of digging, making connections, and tapping into the wisdom of educators and counselors. They're a treasure trove of guidance, ready to steer you towards the right scholarships. If you're part of any underrepresented groups like women, individuals of color, immigrants, and so forth, your prospects of uncovering numerous scholarships for your desired schools are even brighter. I hope this information proves valuable! I'm rooting for you to secure a spot in the school of your dreams. You've got this!

Such a good question and important piece to consider. There are many ways in which you can obtain scholarships or learn about opportunities for scholarships. Here are some options you might want to consider:
- If you have a specific school in mind, check their website. Usually found under the financial aid or scholarship section, you can learn about opportunities specific to the school.
- Consider looking at the Scholarship Search website or College Board's Big Future which offer resources and opportunities to to apply or win scholarships as part of a contest.
- There are scholarships related to specific niches such as demographics, skills, or interests. If you are apart of particular interest groups, this is also a resource you may want to check with.
- Check with your school counselor or if there is a local college fair, this is a great place to learn more about potential scholarships.

There are many options to consider! As you think about applying, I'd encourage you to be persistent and look in advance given many do have deadlines and may require the submission of an essay.
