Trinity, your question is worded in a whimsical way and you have received delightful answers of which I agree with both. The thing that strikes me about your question and about your answers from Nivea and Shelisa is that life is a wonderfully creative experience. I like to approach each day with gratitude and a sense of wonderment. What will today bring? What do I need to be ready? Have I included good self care? How can I join in the love energy that surrounds us?

Dear Trinity,
Helping others is a truly rewarding experience, without it, life can seem rather dull. It's unfortunate to see that some people struggle with mental health issues due to the lack of support.
Raising children is an incredible journey. Interestingly, my lawyer cousin once claimed, 40 years ago, that he wouldn't bring a child into this harsh world. Yet, he ended up having three!
If we remove spirituality, what then is the purpose of life? I believe it's all about love and kindness. If you're generous with your wealth, you'll never run out of friends.
I'd wager that even someone as wealthy as Elon Musk isn't necessarily happier. He'd probably trade all his wealth for the well-being of his children. Still, it's a better situation than being in the shoes of Putin or Hamas.
We should always strive to care for others. With 858 million people suffering from hunger and 250,000 homeless in LA, careers in medicine or nursing are commendable choices.
Running a business and providing employment is a noble endeavor. Volunteering is also a valuable contribution. Always lend a hand to those in need, as many are battling their own struggles.
Sincerely,
Jim [Concerned Chap]

What a thought-provoking question Trinity! I absolutely love it. There are ups and downs and I am thankful that there are more ups and downs. I am surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues who support me and inspire me. A few things that help me every day on this crazy journey called life...exercise, meditation, reading, time with loved ones, working out gratitude, breathing exercises, and finding something to look forward to every day.

Well, Trinity, working field of life is a bit like playing a massive game of 'Choose Your Own Adventure.' Every day, you flip a new page, and you never quite know what's coming next. Sometimes it's an epic quest with dragons to slay (challenges to overcome), and other times it's a relaxing beach scene (vacations and downtime). Just remember to bring your sense of adventure and a good sense of humor, and you'll navigate this wild adventure we call life like a pro!
Yes to Nivea. Life is an adventure to be lived to its fullest!
