If you are between 13 and 18 years old you can stream now as long as a parent is with you. Once you are 18 or older there is nothing stopping you.

All you need to do is pick where you want to stream like Twitch or YouTube. And the software to capture you gameplay such as OBS Studio. Create your accounts set everything up and get to it!
