Hey Yoselin,
I'd love to suggest you check out the US Bureau of Statistics. They offer the latest information on job employment and salaries every year. You can find out the average pay for First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers across the country. It's a great resource!

Hi, Good Day to you, hope this finds you well. Not sure how to answer this question but here are a few web sites to explore… Good luck with your career. John
Like you were already told the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is a good place to research about the various jobs/positions in the construction field including “First-Line Supervisors of Construction Trades and Extraction Workers” position description, pay scale, etc.
Simply type in “Construction First-Line Supervisors” in the search block and then look for the subject that appeals to your interest. Reminder these supervisory positions are normally filled by very experienced individuals working up from the associated trade groups. I do not believe there is a college course for Construction First-Line Supervisors, but you could prove me wrong too.
I was a Senior Chief Machinist Mate in the Navy who found he had a passion for Occupational Safety and could understand and implement the new OSHA and NAVOSH Regulations that came out in the 70's, 80's and 90's. After retiring I went into the Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental fields in both General Industry, Commercial/Industrial Construction and Maritime Ship Repair until forced to retire with a bad heart.
Good luck and enjoy the research. John
