Hello, Tasnova !
I am happy to give you advice about your college plans that focus upon becoming a doctor and specializing in surgery.
Your choice of course major is perfect for your undergrad study. You can take some classes at college in computer science, but I would recommend minoring in Anatomy as a future medical school student. You will have to take some general ed courses to obtain your Bachelors degree and maybe computer courses can satisfy some of the requirements. In medical school and within your specialty training, you will be trained on the particular computerized technology that you will be using as a doctor and as a surgeon, so there's really no need to minor in computer science.
You've mentioned two countries that you want to choose between for your college undergraduate degree. The only way to find the college that would be best for you is to start exploring this on line. You can look into one country's programs and than the other country's offerings and you can make that decision easily by reading, searching on line and researching. It is a lot of information. Also look into the two country's demographics, statistics and tuition costs because you may want to choose which country you believe you could adapt to better. That is only a choice that you can personally make after being well informed through lots of first hand reading. You have some time to do this and make a decision. Once you decide the exact state or province you would like to live in, that will narrow down the colleges that you can choose from.
I am not exactly sure what you mean by taking two programs at once. Two majors ? Two different subjects ? Major and a Minor ? In any case, I would advise against it. You can have your major and minor, but with majoring in biology and in other science courses you will need to take, you will be required to put in lab hours as well as work on projects that will need your focus. There may even be some semesters where you may have a heavy load of courses that will be demanding as well, so I would go with concentrating on a Biology major and aiming for high grades.
I hope that this helps you to start exploring and I wish you all the best !

Tasnova,
There are many universities in many U.S. cities that offer biology and computer science programs. I believe that when it comes to education, you get out what you put in, so which universities will be best for you to choose will depend on what parts of the U.S. (or Canada) you're interested in studying and living in. And yes, because application doesn't guarantee acceptance, it would be reasonable to apply to more than one program.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any specific questions I can help with. Good luck!
