I assume you are asking for advice on how to get your first job in IT.
There are a number of ways to get started in Information Technology (IT). The first thing to consider is what is it about IT and computers that you enjoy and want to do. Many people don't realized how many different types of jobs and work IT can include. This can be fixing computer hardware and printers (Help Desk and support services), connecting computers so they can talk to each other (Networking), managing information (database), or creating programs for computers to do things (software developer.) Many people have also gotten interested in computers from playing computer/electronic games.
Once you know what area(s) you find interesting you can search the Internet for career guides and roles in that area. Looking at job websites is helpful because they tend to list required knowledge and expected experience. People tend to think that everything in a job post is what you must have. Job posts are typically a 'wish list' and there are usually only 1-3 things the person is looking for but would like the others if possible. I suggest that if someone has 50% of what is listed, they should apply. If you have 75% or more you should definitely apply.
I've found that people getting started in IT tend to focus on technical skills like programming, networking tools, etc. but one of the most important skills for a person's career in IT are what are known as "soft skills". These are things like communicating clearly when speaking or writing, professional and business interpersonal skills (interacting professionally and building relationships), meeting on promises for what you will do and when you will be finished.

First, you have love technology and problem solving. Everyone has to start somewhere, its key to as much as you can and be open minded. I'd recommend seeking a job in HelpDesk or even at Best Buy Geek Squad.
