Hi Arley
I will be 🙏🏾 praying with you.
1. Set specific goals: Determine what you want to achieve in your soccer career, whether it's making the school team, playing in a competitive league, or eventually signing with a professional team. Break down these goals into smaller, specific tasks that you can work on each day.
2. Develop a disciplined routine: Create a daily schedule that includes time for practice, workouts, studying the game, and rest. Stick to this routine as much as possible to build consistency and discipline in your training.
3. Stay organized: Keep track of your progress, schedule, and important information related to your soccer journey. This could include maintaining a training journal, setting reminders for upcoming games or practices, and staying on top of academic commitments as well.
4. Seek guidance and support: Surround yourself with coaches, mentors, and teammates who can provide constructive feedback, advice, and encouragement. Consider joining a club team, attending training camps, or working with a personal coach to enhance your skills and knowledge of the game.
5. Stay focused and motivated: Remind yourself of your goals and the reasons why you want to become a professional soccer player. Use visualization techniques, positive affirmations, and mental exercises to keep yourself motivated and focused on your path.
6. Take care of yourself: Stay physically and mentally fit by eating a healthy diet, getting enough rest, and managing stress effectively. Prioritize your well-being to ensure that you have the energy and resilience needed to pursue your soccer goals.
With great success!!!

List your goals, small goals to big ones. Follow a regimen & allow yourself time and set the proper conditions. Ask for help when you need it & of course practice. Do not get too frustrated when it doesn’t go your way & keep getting back up.
