If you're on the hunt for a job that lets you juggle your schedule, work closely with people, and enjoy the liberty of working on your own, you might want to consider roles such as product manager, program manager, or consultant. These jobs could be just the perfect match for what you're seeking!

Hey Keeley,
I would work in a field that excites and energizes you. There are a lot of careers in many different industries that allow you to work on with a flexible schedule, with independence, and in person. The important thing to keep in mind as you a pursuing your career is to make sure that you are happy and that you are achieving your personal goals. I have personally found success in Technology, but that is because it aligns to my interests and goals. Take your time with finding your career, there is no rush. The worst thing you can do is hop into a career that doesnt align with your goals and interests.

Hello Keeley! As a Technical Writer, I have the privilege of exploring a variety of work environments. There's a good number of contracts out there that offer the flexibility of choosing between on-site work or a hybrid model. This model allows you to balance your time between the comfort of your home and the vibrant energy of the office.
But the opportunities don't stop there! You could even land a full-time position with a company that offers this choice. The best part? As a Technical Writer, I have the benefit of flexible hours. Yes, we work towards deadlines, but the beauty of our job is that we can arrange our working hours to suit our personal schedules, as long as we deliver quality work on time. So, the world of Technical Writing is not just about deadlines, it's also about flexibility and balance.

Hi! This is a great question to ask. Based on your three criteria of time flexibility, in-person work, and independence, a lot of potential careers can work for you. For example, you could be a data scientist, program manager, marketer, or a consultant. To find a career that works best for you, I would recommend narrowing down what subject you're interested in and potential jobs related to those subjects. I'd also look into the education requirements and duration of time you'd need to pursue higher education and the cost of schooling. Once you've pinpointed some career paths, I'd recommend reaching out to professionals in those fields to discuss their experience. This will allow you to see whether their experience aligns with your goals! I'd also recommend discussing this with any school counselors, teachers, peers or family members who can provide any additional perspective. Good luck.
