Hello Rebecca,
The answer is yes. Companies want to hire the best people, so graduating with honors would put you in the "Best Peope" caterogy and make it easier for you to get a job after graduation.

Hi Rebecca,
While grades and honors are especially important in many industries, companies really want well-rounded individuals. Honors is great, but it can come at a cost. Sometimes students focus solely on academics, which is important and studies should come first, but experience is also extremely important. If you're able to, get involved in clubs and organizations that are important to you, take on leadership roles where you can, and if possible, get at least one internship during your time in college. These along with good grades will set you up to be a successful employee. With all that being said, make sure that you're not taking on too much. Pick and choose what's going to be most important and beneficial to you. Employers wants to see that you're a smart, driven, team player, and all of the above will help you achieve that.
Best of luck!
