It’s a very broad question, but I would start with breaking it down to small goals that would help reach your main objective. Once you define those small goals, break it down further to how you can achieve those goals. Once you apply those tasks, you’ll see and feel what does and doesn’t work and what helps it flourish, which means you’ll need to reassess how to reach those mini goals. Don’t let it make you feel like you’ve failed. It’s trial and error, a learning process that if you stay on point and meet those challenges, your business will thrive. Another thing to remember is that while running a business, the economy is in constant limbo, so you’ll need to take that into consideration as far as cost… will those small goals be affordable? Do they fit your budget? Make sure you have a financial plan that fits your budget and the risk involved. Keep that in mind and good luck.

Hello Damilare,
In every business expansion plan, the key is to promote yourself. Make your brand visible in the community, become an integral part of it. Let your customers recognize you as the authority in your field. This approach will lay a robust groundwork for referral and word of mouth marketing, as well as grassroots promotions. With such a solid foundation in place, you'll have the freedom to be more innovative and branch out into strategic marketing campaigns.
