Hi Alex! I would say that your question is the first step of what you're trying to achieve, because it means that you're actively searching for ways to make it a reality. There are definitely many advices in terms of choosing the most appropriate goals and I am sure that you will find those that fit best to the business path you are planning on taking. This is why I will try to share an advice from a slightly different angle by proposing to set goals that will make you feel challenged and happy. Try to see yourself into those goals, make sure that they are aligned with your values and that they're not just a trend but an actual opportunity for you to improve an area that will help you grow both personally and professionally.
