How can I start studying more about architecture all over the world and its importance in history ?
I have always found architecture interesting and beautiful and would enjoy making it my career but I'm not sure how or where to start.

There are several ways to study architecture.
1) Enroll in some classes that offer some architecture classes.
2) Choose the correct major based on which you want to study.
3) Do some research and read a lot of books that find suit you.
4) Attend tours based on historical building that may be offered near you.
5) Do some volunteer work like guiding people around a building that don’t know of yet and teach them its history.

You have to begin with what you find interesting. What "speaks" to you and in what way?
One must come to understand what architecture involves. Right down to drafting. Have you done any drafting? Understand the mechanics of it?
At this point in time you appear to be musing about it ("always been interested in it"), but not really involved. Exactly what interests you?
Have you discussed this with a counselor at school? Did a search and contacted professional people? Either academics or practitioners?
I have always been interested in architecture. But understood I do not have the talent to practice it.
And it began with an interest with a particular architect.
I was ten years old. Third grade. Our teacher took us on an outing in a school bus. After about an hour we stop at an interesting (different) looking house. With an old white haired man standing by the door of our bus. As we got out he shook each of our hands and said "How do you do. My name is Frank Lloyd Wright and thank you for coming to my home."
I ended up reading everything I could find out about him. His architectural philosophy. His personality.
I just knew that if I ever became an architect he would be my model. But I don't have the talent.
Even today, when I look at new architectural work I compare it with his work.
If you get the opportunity, go to NYC. Fifth Avenue in the high eighties. The Guggenheim. Frank Lloyd Write always wanted to do a spiral. That's it.
So! Instead of just musing about all this, it's time to find a focus and that will give direction on where to go from there.
