Hello Jose, we appreciate your engagement with us. Your participation enables us to fulfill our mission and assist learners or individuals such as yourself. You've posed an excellent question. The attainment of one's career pinnacle is largely influenced by personal motivation. It's all about the objectives we establish for ourselves. So, what are your personal objectives?
You can confidently say you've reached your career zenith when you've achieved your desired level of success and fulfilled all your set career goals. However, everyone has their own unique interpretation of what success signifies. For some, it's material possessions that symbolize their accomplishments, while others find fulfillment in serving their community. Some aim for high academic achievements, while others dream of exploring various places throughout their lives.
As humans, we are driven by a multitude of factors, including material possessions, social status, academic accomplishments, travel, and more. After achieving numerous milestones in life, the ultimate goal becomes self-transcendence. This is when individuals find satisfaction in assisting their community. It's a time of gratitude for their achievements and a motivation to give back to others. You will go places Jose. Good luck!

To boost your career, it's vital to continually educate yourself about various aspects of the company and seize any training opportunities available. Don't hesitate to make your presence felt, let people become familiar with who you are. Attend meetings, engage in discussions, and interact personally with those at higher levels. Make a point to introduce yourself to your superiors, and equip yourself with some knowledge about the people you're likely to meet. On a daily basis, aim to excel in your job and surpass expectations. Many companies reward those who consistently perform well and complete projects ahead of schedule or demonstrate exceptional dedication. So, strive to excel at your job and establish a positive reputation.

I think to continue growing throughout your career you continue to change your career goals and develop, therefore you may never feel fully accomplished until retirement. Depending on what success looks like to you that could be income based, level based or job role based, it depends on what makes you happy. That will be a plan you make or even change throughout your career. Depending on the company you should ask a manager about resources for mentorship or who could be a good mentor for you to reach out to given the specific goals you have.
Reach out to your manager to ask about Mentorship programs or referrals
