Looking into courses for college that focus on medical terminology can be useful as well.

There is so many opportunities, strategies and learning platforms to help you find required courses and there are many ways to achieve it!
You can find free online classes through YouTube, LinkedIn, Carrer builder and many more.
Use could use Google search and it will provide you with many options.
Definitely learn transcription basics, it will provide the foundation to build your skills.
Once you are comfortable, then you can learn many other platforms.
Identify your learning goals and areas of interest.
That will help in finding sites online that offer free courses or learning materials.
