Of course, mathematics is also used in many fields aside from the STEM area. You need to find one discipline about which you are passionate.

If you're at school try to develop your full math skill through participating in math contests and follow math course like the ones you'll find in places like Khan Academy at your own pace. Also consider what are you preferences for university studies applied or theoretical Mathematics.
If you're at the university start thinking in which area you would like to develop you career, it could be applied areas like AI, data science or it could be theoretical research. Considering this choose you optative subjects accordingly and explore possible jobs to complete the studies, these initial job could also help you to confirm if you choose the right area to work.
