I think I always knew I would go into music. I have played piano since I was 6 and have been singing almost that long too. Also, music classrooms felt like the only place I belonged. The only way I made friends was through some kind of music and the only way I kept those friends normally had something to do with music. It seemed only natural to go into the industry that I was already comfortable in. The only issue was what are in the industry I should join. I settled on Audio Production and Music Business because while I'm good with people and communication, performing isn't the main thing I like about music (it's just a side thing that I sometimes do). I do, however, really enjoy working with artists and making something from nothing- making something new with them and for them. I kind of just followed that passion and continued to learn and grow.

James Constantine’s Answer
Dear Azriel,
My journey into the world of technology began in 1972, during my 11th grade physics class, when I had the opportunity to program large university computers - a time when personal computers were yet to be invented.
In 1974 I was in senior year and my uncle Michael died, he had a massive coronary at 38 years of age. The year after that I was at a new university and my uncle's supervisor Professor Colin Masters started teaching biochemistry there. I dropped physics and started a new major - biochemistry. Once my father succumbed to a heart attack in 1985 I decided to study nutrition and dietetics.
Fast forward to 1994, I discovered my true calling - merging my passion for computer science with my study of nutrition. This marked the beginning of a fulfilling career that has spanned over three decades.
Over these years, I have developed educational software focusing on nutrition. My technological skills have grown, learning and mastering ten different computer languages, with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 4.8.1 becoming my preferred platform.
My work is showcased on YouTube, where you can find a variety of educational videos on nutrition. My main goal is to empower individuals to leverage the power of nutrition in fighting diseases. I firmly believe that a healthy, disease-free life is key to self-actualization. In line with this, I have recently dedicated 15 videos specifically to cancer treatment.
I have identified the following key nutrients, in addition to water and protein, that are crucial for our health:
1. Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
2. Selenium
3. Vitamin A1 (Retinol)
4. Vitamin E (8 Tocols)
5. Zinc
6. Vitamin B9, B11, M (Folic Acid)
7. Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)
8. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)
9. Essential Fatty Acids (Alpha-Linoleic Acid, Omega-Three)
10. Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)
11. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine)
12. Vitamin K3 (Menadione)
13. Manganese
14. Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
15. Vitamin B4 (Adenine)
With over 1,000 videos available, there's a wealth of knowledge waiting for you.
Wishing you the best,
JC.
