Hi Kamora! These could be things like, "Can you walk me through a typical day in your job?", "What skills and experiences do you think are the most beneficial for succeeding in this field?", and "How did you kick off your career, and what's your journey been like so far?". The main idea is to get a clear picture of what the job entails on a daily basis, what responsibilities come with it, and what activities are involved. It's also crucial to understand what qualifications, skills, and experiences are most valued in this field or job. Asking these questions could really make you stand out and help you figure out if you're the right fit for this job!

Hello Kamora!
Three Essential Questions for an Informational Interview
In an informational interview, it's crucial to ask the right questions to gain valuable insights about the industry, the specific role, and the individual's career trajectory. Here are three important questions that you should consider:
1. Could you share your career story and the factors that led you to your current role?
This question enables the interviewee to recount their personal experiences, such as their education, past roles, and significant events that shaped their career choices. By understanding their story, you can gain a clearer picture of the various routes one can take within the industry and identify skills or experiences that could be advantageous for someone aspiring to enter that field.
2. How does a regular day unfold in your role?
This question helps you understand the everyday duties and tasks associated with the role. Knowing this is vital for determining the necessary skills and whether the role aligns with your interests and career aspirations. It also helps establish a realistic understanding of what the job involves.
3. What guidance would you offer someone aspiring to join this field?
This question encourages the interviewee to impart their knowledge and insights drawn from their experiences. They might provide tips on building connections, crucial skills to hone, or common mistakes to steer clear of when starting in the industry. This guidance can be priceless for anyone seeking direction as they chart their career journey.

Hello Kamora,
Well I have hired employees for many years as a business owner and I am happy to share my interview expectations.
First I want to know why you want this job? I as an employer want someone who is passionate about the job I am offering and will be committed and loyal.
Second what is you home life like, are you married, in school, have children, a home this will give me an ideal of how stable you are currently.
Third what are your dreams and how do you see yourself in the future this shows me what you think of yourself and skills and abilities to make it happen.
I have a small design business so I work closely with my employees so I have more personal investments than a large company. Whom ever you are interviewing with have a positive additude and good luck.
