Could I have career advice?
hello!! i’m a sophomore student in highschool, recently i’ve been thinking about my future. i love to cherish the present but i also want to start thinking about how i should live my future. i try enjoying the small things in my life and want to live life to the fullest, so i am very desperate to find a career path that i’d absolutely love. i want to try finding something i would enjoy a lot. i want to keep an open and free mind on all my options currently, and also want a good career that i can rely on to handle my life i love appreciating things with creativity in life. theres a few things i’ll mention that i think meets my interests related to careers, such as culture, travel, language, photography, the earth, emotion, and designs. i like being helpful and try my best to meet expectations of others. I’d appreciate it if anyone could give me advice on what paths they think could be the best for me, what kind of majors are there and which ones suit me, and my best options. thank you for reading!!

Now for your consideration, you seem very pleasant and wise but not sure about a direction. Here is my best advise when searching for your passion. If you were independently wealthy and didn't have to work, what would you do with your time that you loved? Figure that out then find someone to pay you to do just that. Make sure this is something you can invasion yourself doing for the rest of your life happily. You must remain present and curious, brave,open to challenges and willing to learn from missteps and you will find your hearts desire. Short and sweet good luck!

4) Sometimes, finding out what you DON'T enjoy is equally important as identifying what you DO enjoy.
Here's something else to ponder - if you're a travel enthusiast, you could consider a career in the travel industry to support your lifestyle. For instance, I have friends who are flight attendants, which allows them to see the world and enjoy the perks of discounted flights. They get the best of both worlds - a regular paycheck and amazing benefits!
As for me, I work a regular corporate job, but also run a photography business on the side. My photography doesn't pay my bills, but it does allow me to invest in my hobby and fund my travels! My day job takes care of my bills and health insurance, while my side business provides a creative outlet. It's a setup that works well for me, but remember, there are countless options out there.

Great question. I love that you listed things you are passionate about that’s an excellent place to start. I’d also suggest creating a list of things you are good at. If some of the things appear on both lists that’s considered the sweet spot. Based on the information you’ve shared I could totally see you working in the hospitality and immersive entertainment industry. Based on your current location I’d consider something at Disney or Universal. When the time approaches maybe you could apply for the college program internship at one of the Florida theme parks. I could totally see you writing a travel blog now using your own photos and love of culture. Creativity is our birthright and there’s so many ways to express that. Rosen College of Hospitality has great programs from what I understand. Hotel, theme park and travel centric. Emotional shared experiences are memorable and healing. I could see you designing attractions, immersive events and retreats. Working on cruise ships is another consideration. You’d get to experience the world, culture and language. You could create travel vlogs, blogs and content for social media for a company or as a freelance contributor. I’d research travel agencies, hotels and theme parks now. Research cruise lines, immersive themed experiences and museums. Gain as much knowledge and exposure to the things you are passionate about. Use the library, internet and resources that you have locally in your community to explore your options. I’d start creating content now. Start making strides in the direction of your dreams.
