Ok Ihnc,
What you must first do is try to find your passion. I know that seems obscure and it can be but you must devote yourself to little else in it's discover, this is how important it is for it will impact the rest of your life. So we must not leave a single stone unturned in it's pursuit. Best advice answer this question: If you had all the money you could ever need and did not have to work what would you spend your time doing that made you happiest of all things? Find the answer to that question and then find someone willing to pay you to do it. Also you must try different things, things you might not ever consider, right so if we never experience the possibilities we can never know and miss out on our destiny. Maybe your gift or your brilliance is in something yet to be discovered and your good at it and change the world for good. so you must be true to yourself and courious. You Must be brave and know that you will fail but don't be afraid, failure is the best teacher ever and brings valuable nessussery life lessons. One lessen is if you fall down you have the power in you to get back up and win the race . The humans spirit is unstoppable with determination. You can do and become whatever you put your mind and hard work to. To your journey and successful happy life the true goal !

Hi. Great question. I’m a multi passionate creative so I understand how you might feel. I think it’s very important to listen to your heart. If you are feeling called into a specific direction lean into that. Creativity is our birthright. We are all born with talent and gifting that is directly related to our purpose in life. I would encourage you to research everything you are passionate about.

I admire your desire to have your own business. That’s amazing. I truly believe our steps are ordered. As you talk about your dreams with others opportunities will present themselves.

Might I suggest something in the entertainment industry such as set design for movies or stage productions. You could use your creativity and math and science creating and constructing sets.

I believe when we use our skills, gifts and talents the money will follow. I’d suggest making a list of everything you’re good at and enjoy. I’d make a list of everything you’re interested. Then see if any of the items you’ve list show up in both lists. That’s a great starting place.

Best of luck in your endeavors. You can create the life you’re dreaming of. As a fun and insightful project I’d suggest creating a vision board using words and images that you are drawn to. You can make it digitally on a computer or device or on paper or cardboard. Select images of things you’re interested in. Afterwords reflect on the board to see what inspiration and insights you can discover about which direction you’re being lead to follow!
Thank you comment icon Thank youu! It was actually helpful...hadnt considered ser design before seems interesting. Something in design does seem interesting, ideally I'd love to get a career where i get to travel and create. I've also considered mechanical or bio medical engineering where I then get into product design, seems interesting. I have photography as my hobby and other art i could always have that a side business maybe. Any other careers that merge art with science? (that not of the illustration variety) I have no clue

Hello! It seems like you are on the right track. I understand that you are among those who are afraid to choose art as a career for fear of not making enough money. If you have always been a person with creative abilities in visual, plastic, audiovisual, and manual areas and you are attracted to art as a form of expression, you should not hesitate. Otherwise, you might feel frustrated for not following your true calling. However, if you consider yourself a creative person but not necessarily so linked to art, you could consider design or architecture as alternatives. Both fields combine creativity with logic and, although they are art forms in a sense, they move away from the pure concept of art. In design, you can explore emerging trends such as product design, multimedia design, user experience (UX), among others. In architecture, you can also diversify your options, not only limiting yourself to traditional architecture but also exploring ephemeral architecture, space design, scenography, etc. The most important thing is that you identify if, in addition to being creative, you have a strong inclination towards art. In that case, you should not ignore your calling. But if art is not a priority in your life, but creativity is, the options mentioned might be right for you.

If you have a passion for the great outdoors, why not explore the exciting world of Landscape Architecture? As a Landscape Architect, you get the chance to design not just the surroundings of a building, but sometimes even the building's exterior! There are certain limitations, such as designing bridges, walls exceeding four feet, and managing large amounts of storm water, as these tasks typically require an engineer's stamp. However, don't let that deter you.

Landscape Architecture is the ideal fusion of art and science. It's a field that engages both hemispheres of your brain, ensuring every project is unique and stimulating. Unlike many professions where your focus tends to narrow down with experience, Landscape Architecture broadens your horizons as you gain more knowledge and skills.

This field is a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a love for plants. It offers the best of both worlds - the chance to work outdoors and the comfort of a desk job. Moreover, it demands a multi-disciplinary understanding of civil engineering, ecology, architecture, botany, horticulture, and even some structural engineering. So, dive into the vast and vibrant world of Landscape Architecture and let your creativity soar!

Thank you for your question l. I am glad to hear that you are looking for some creative art careers. Salary is not supposed to be your key consideration. If you have interest on the careers, you can do it good and can earn salary. Firstly, you need to find out what careers you have interest.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Think about what you have interest, eg your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc and identify the related careers
Eg if you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, banker, financial analyst, maths teacher, etc
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
