Marylou’s Answer

I do indeed. As the great philosopher, Joseph Campbell said, “Follow your Bliss”. I have, and I’ve never been disappointed. I am an actor and a teacher, and have been so my entire working life. If you work doing what you love, you will never work a day in your life.

Wishing you all the best!

Peter’s Answer

It's about enjoying what you do, without it being your passion. I love to cook, and would hear, "why aren't you a chef, or making a business selling this?!" Well cooking is my passion; I cook for my health, enjoyment and for others, whenever I can. Making it a job puts pressures that would take the pace and expectations to a higher level.
I enjoy my JOB, because it is solutions based and reflected on the time I was a student. The positive outcomes and interactions outweigh the stresses and frustration (which will always be there); it's about balancing and deciding how you want to balance your ideals, passion, long term goals and everyday outcomes to keep you happy.
