Hi decide to learn dynamic 365 but don't know where I can start as very few resources available Any experience people help me with this where and what steps I follow to get the entry level job ?

You should ask your friend specifics about what the job titles and skills needed for pursuing that career field. Ask him what the pay range is and who is hiring. Find out as much as you can from your friend and ask him if he knows anyone that may have more information or could have a connection to get you hired or on the correct path for training in those skills. Knowing the right person is a valuable asset and can focus your attention what you specifically need to succeed. Good luck.

It's great that you are following up with your question I gave advice for on August 22nd, but you may want to re-read my advice as I have explained it for you yesterday. Here is part of the advice I gave yesterday : "You can go into sales for Dynamics 365 at which you would be involved in managing sales leads, automating marketing campaigns, and tracking customer interactions. You can go into Marketing the product which includes measuring campaign effectiveness and developing customer service. There are also possible positions for this product in Customer Service, Finance, Operations and Human Resources. You can learn more about the product by going to their website at the link I have provided for you below. I have also left a link to an article from Microsoft that explains their expansion into Australia. There's really no way to tell you what the demand is and if it's "worth it to learning". This would be a decision you would have to make after evaluating what type of career you actually want."
Again, it is not helpful for you to keep focusing on one product, rather a career goal that could bring you in contact with working with Dynamics 365. I also said that it would help you to look into actual careers that will qualify you to work with that and many other products. I am so sorry if my advice was not helpful but I spelled out almost everything you'll need to do. So I will be a bit more basic with the advice for you today.
Go to college and obtain a Bachelors Degree. Obtain your college degree in computer science so you will know all about software and applications. Discover what skills you will need by reading employment notices with the key words Dynamics 365 (it has an "S" at the end, by the way). Follow the advice of advisor Chinyere as she has also given great things to consider. If there is anything that you don't understand about my advice, please ask a specific question about it. No one will guarantee you a job because it is a process and you will have to take the steps to compete in the job market. If you go to college it will become very clear to you what to do to work with any product. If you still have questions, begin at the beginning and ask about your education path and steps you can take that will qualify you and not questions that jump ahead for a position that you are unfamiliar with. I advise college education because you would be competing with people that have a college degree, certifications as well as experience. If you want to enter working with something that you do not know about, start at the beginning before wondering how to get a job in it.
