How do you work with kids who have a variety of personality’s?

I want to work with kids because I have a little brother who is also autistic so I want to learn how other kids think and how the work with others.

Excellent question! Just by asking it, I know you’re on the right track. Perhaps pursue a degree in education. And not just education per se, but education as regards to folks who have special needs. It may make you feel needed and also happy. And for my money, I go with the happiness! Best of luck with you.
