Putting your best foot forward in anything you do can sometimes take a lot of effort. However, when you stumble upon something that really lights your fire, it doesn't feel like work at all! It's just like playing your favorite game. When you're having a blast and loving what you're doing, you might be surprised to find that success and a nice paycheck are just around the corner. Just like the celebrated author Mark Twain put it, "Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life."

Hi Sophia,
Everyone has their own moments of laziness, but that doesn't mean you can neglect your responsibilities. For me, school is crucial—not just for the knowledge it provides, but for the skills it teaches you about how to learn. With these learning tools, you can master anything on your own. All you need is a computer with internet access to pave your way to success.
A strong resume with good school records can open doors to interviews for your dream job. Trust me, school is worth it, but you should approach it with a purpose, not just as a task your parents signed you up for.

Think deeply about what truly motivates you. Is it wealth? Does financial prosperity equate to joy for you? Striving for a robust bank balance is not a flawed aspiration. Money equates to influence. Once you have it, multiplying it becomes easier. However, your choices on how to utilize your time should not solely revolve around financial gain. There should be another motivating factor. Reflect on your passions, what makes you feel productive, what brings you a sense of fulfillment, satisfaction, or a sense of achievement.
Start by maintaining a disciplined budget. Preserve your earnings. Avoid squandering it on car installments or interest payments. Adopt a modest lifestyle when it comes to food. Once you've accumulated a considerable amount of savings, you can begin to invest and observe your wealth expand.

Hi Sophia,
There is really no definition of "lazy". I can easily name a few coworkers whom I consider as lazy. I am sure somebody at me workplace thinks of me as lazy. So, don't worry about how lazy you are.
When the need and want for the money becomes strong, I am sure you will work very hard and make a lot of money in any career that you choose.
Good luck to you!

Although internet culture would have you believe that there are plenty of easy ways to make money by doing practically nothing, the truth is that there aren't any no-work-involved ways of making money (not honest, clean money anyway).
The only way to make real money is by putting in a good amount of work and effort...sorry. I don't know how old you are, but I imagine you're still quite young (teenager?) judging from your question. You will probably hear this plenty of times, but nothing worth having comes easily. Everything in life, especially money, requires a good amount of work put in beforehand and the more money you aim to have, the more time, effort, and hard work will be required on your part. But the good news is that when you find the thing(s) that you are truly passionate about that makes you happy to wake up in the morning and give your life true meaning, it won't feel like work at all.
So perhaps that's where you could start--figuring out what you're passionate about or most enjoy. And then focus on how you can use that to help others. That's a great way to come up with the perfect idea for your own business!

You're dealing with a puzzle. Consider the rich folks from America's history and today who you admire. They are alike and different in many ways. One shared trait is their strong dedication to hard work, especially noticeable in the early and middle stages of their careers. This is when they laid the groundwork for their success and expanded on it.
Hey Douglas, this is interesting advice but doesn't fully address the question. Have you seen any commonalities in the careers of the rich folks from America's past and today?

Hi Sophia, good question. What makes a career easy really depends on the person. I would encourage you to explore potential careers based on your interests and see which ones stick out to you. Try to reach out to friends and family to learn more about their occupations and go from there.
