howto manage my house chores and my career work at the same time?

The best way is to schedule it out! Have days dedicated to either work and chores and follow that as much a possible. It doesn't even need to be full days, you can split up a single day by hour and switch off. For example
Work -> Do Chores -> Do More work later
That could be what a schedule looks like in a day just with more specific times and such
