Great question, Adan! These plans don't automatically transfer , but you can still get the assistance you need in college (see links below). To start, contact the disability services department at your college. You can use your IEP from high school to help document your disability and show what services and accommodations you need. That department should be able to assist you, but you likely will need to talk directly with your professors about accommodations, if needed, for assignments and exams.

While you are applying, research what disability services each college offers and notice how much the physical plant caters to those with disabilities (e.g., ramps, curb cut-out's, signs with braille, etc.). This will indicate how inclusive the college is.
