There are many options. You could explore Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design, Bachelor of Art in UX/UI Design, or even Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Just look at the colleges you're interested in and look at their course catalogs for the degree program you're interested in and verify they focus on user experience or user interface design in the way you're interested in learning about that field.

Within Nepal, I would imagine that a career in art would lean in one of two directions. One would be computer/digital based, in which you could do things like Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Digital Illustration, etc., as mentioned in the other answer here. Of those I would guess that the more artistic paths might rely more directly on your cultural influences in Nepal. While the more technical paths like UX Design might have more stability over time - after all, every business that has a website or app needs UX designers to craft their experiences and solve user problems. (I am a UX Designer, so I am admittedly biased here).
The other path for a career in art in Nepal would likely lean more towards Nepalese culture. You could be a curator in a museum or art historian specializing in Nepalese art. You could create art or teach art using traditional Nepalese techniques. Or you could write about art history with a specific focus on art from Nepal and how it has changed over the years. Tourism and cultural exports contribute a lot to the economy there, so that may be something you could look more into.
By PCM do you mean Pulse-Code Modulation? If so, what immediately comes to mind is Tibetan throat chanting. It would be interesting to see how those frequencies and overtones map out using sinewaves or the different cymatics patterns they might make through various medium. You could also investigate the harmonic resonance produced in the dome structures or temples in Nepal. I'd love to learn about what you find out there!
All this is to say that Nepal is rich in visual, religious, and auditory art and culture. While technology can provide opportunities outside of those realms, it sounds like you may benefit from leaning into those resources, if not as a subject matter, at least as a source of inspiration since you'd like to stay there.
