What are my chances of getting into Auburn and how can I increase them?
I'm a junior who lives in state so my chances are slightly higher. My GPA is really mid(my weighted will be pretty high) but I'm pretty sure I can make a 25-28 on my ACT by December. Since Auburn mainly looks at 9-11 transcripts so I'll have taken 7 honors and 6 AP classes. I also plan on applying for a major Mechanical Engineering. I'm currently or participated in many STEM related clubs and have a lot of community service hours.

The college that you refer to as "Auburn" is most likely Auburn University in Auburn, AL. Am I correct ? it is the largest college in your state, so your plans sound exciting. No one can tell you of your chances of being accepted because college admissions is a process and no one knows before hand or can be guaranteed. It is important to know that Auburn University's acceptance rate fluctuates greatly from year to year, so it's hard to tell by even that.
The most important thing that you can do is to not worry about it. Enjoy your high school years and keep striving for good grades. You seem to be doing all of the things that colleges look at when they evaluate prospective students, so there's really nothing to change from what you're doing now. Put your all into your current classes and extracurriculars and you will be fine. Consider this reassurance that you need not add or change anything you are already doing.
You may want to look into applying for scholarships for Auburn in your senior year of high school. Scholarships and Grants can be a nice addition to Federal Student Financial Aid which will help with college costs. This would be beneficial to research now. Just do an internet search for "Scholarships and Grants" and you will find many websites with information about different opportunities. Since you are already doing well in the current times, this is something that you can plan for the future - financial assistance for college.
You should connect with the college through their website. Their website does not carry any information about admission requirements, so you will have to contact the school directly if it is Auburn University that you refer to.
I hope that this helps and I wish you all the best !

Michelle has provided many good ideas -- and there are only two comments I would add.
First, since Auburn is the state's land grant college, there's not doubt that engineering is important to the school. So make sure you work hard on your math and science courses this year as a junior, indicating your interest and capabilities in STEM areas.
Second, most high schools have guidance counsellors who are knowledgeable about the requirements and expectation of colleges, especially those in your state. No doubt, many of your counsellors and teachers, as well, will be able to provide insight about Auburn.
As a graduate of an engineering program at a land grant college, I can attest to the challenges and rewards of an engineering education and vocation.
