I attended Southern New Hampshire University and graduated in 2014 with a Sports Management Degree. I started my professional career working at a sports arena and did sales and marketing for the different events that performed there. I joined HubSpot in 2017 as a Customer Support Specialist. In 2018, I became a Team Lead for the Customer Support Team. And in 2020 I became a Support Manager for the Support Team
