GPA, extracurriculars?

I enjoy writing and I am curious to hear if/what kind of jobs are available for English majors. I know about some but I would like to hear details about ones that I haven't considered.

Ive had the same job for a couple years. I love the people I'm working with but I don't feel fulfilled in what I do. I like the job but I don't know if it's because of my perspective or if it's just not the right job for me.

I'm already doing high-school theatre, but a lot of people after my last show have told me that they think I'm ready for the next step. What should I do to be able to take that next step? Also, my parent's wont help, so when is a good time for me to begin trying?
