I am quite nervous about going to a large college (roughly 20,000). I wish to make my application stand out to future employers by getting involved with the school however I am not sure what exactly would make me stand out as an individual.

I am asking due to the fact the it is common that work conflicts can occur in any given situation no matter the job. Us as humans do not usually pay attention to the fact that our tone in voice or the structure of out sentences via email or verbally can have drastic impacts on our daily lives....
