How do you find motivation when you have so many burdens in life?
I feel so exhausted all the time, even with small tasks such as putting away laundry or dishes. I work roughly 25 hours a week. For the past four years I have been dealing with vision problems. It feels like I can't do anything and that I am constantly catching up. Even doing one thing a day completely drains me.

Dear Isabella,
It sounds like you might need glasses for your vision problems, so seeing an eye doctor could help. I know it's tough to stay motivated when you're busy with work, but here are some tips that might help:
First, try to figure out why you're feeling unmotivated. It could be stress, a packed schedule, or maybe unclear goals. Once you know what's causing it, you can work on getting inspired again.
As a college professor, I've seen many people go through this. Here are some ideas that might help you succeed:
1. Take care of yourself: Eat healthy meals and get enough sleep. This helps you start the day on the right foot.
2. Stay positive: A good attitude can open up new ways to do well in school and at work.
3. Set small goals: Aim for goals you can reach and work towards them step by step.
4. Celebrate wins: When you hit a goal, take a moment to enjoy it. This makes you feel good and ready for more.
5. Be around positive people: Hang out with friends who are motivated and happy. Their energy can rub off on you.
6. Talk to your boss, teacher, or mentor. Tell them you want to boost your motivation. They might have some great advice.
7. Find joy: Being happy naturally makes you more productive.
I hope these ideas help you feel more motivated. I'm cheering you on and wishing you lots of success in everything you do!

Take a few minutes out of your day and sit in a quiet place. Better outside touching a tree or grass with bare hands and/or feet.
in those moments, you discharge negative energy and recycle it back to Earth while positive charges enter your body.
Be silent and start to change your thoughts, clear your feelings and just take a moment of your time and do nothing at all but be at peace.
Visualize your life, not as a fleeting moment now, not as a next appointment, not in a position of helplessness, but as an achieved professional who has already reached the goals of your dreams. Stand there living in those shoes and then see yourself looking back at your life and recognizing what it took for you to get to that very point. What did I have to do to get here?
Visualize all the mundane tasks you had to complete, day in and day out to keep yourself clean, fed, healthy and happy so that you could study and pass exams with ease, or even practice and became the best sports player, or work the job you have to make enough money to invest in a profit making hobby.
Develop your purpose, in a world where everyone wants to be a millionaire, a movie star, a super model, etc., but those people need to do things that are not as nice as one would expect. Those who find out what they love and use that as a goal for their life can have fun every day of their life. It's not really work if you love doing it and get paid.
So yes, everything is boring when you have no purpose. With purpose, you'll have your motivation. Testing different things will broaden your exposure. Looking at life with fascination and gratitude for just being alive will open doors for you.
Please understand this because one can always motivate an idiot, but all they would have been a motivated idiot, with no direction and no purpose.
That's not you!
